History is scattered
Dialer, recorder, WhatsApp, Telegram and your own memory. Assembling the picture in a minute before a call is impossible.
Calls, transcripts, notes and chats in one card. Reminders keep the promised call-back from slipping. Everything stays on your phone only. Built for people who work clients by phone: sales reps, realtors and insurance agents.

Dialer, recorder, WhatsApp, Telegram and your own memory. Assembling the picture in a minute before a call is impossible.
“I’ll call you Thursday” lives in your head until the first busy day — then the client goes to whoever did call.
Corporate CRM never sees calls from your personal mobile or chats in messengers. The real conversation stays outside the system.
Name, numbers, notes, the full timeline and the next step. Open it and you already remember what you agreed on.
Point at your recorder folder once: the app reads what the recorder saved — number, name and time — and files each recording into the right card in one tap.
Recognition runs on the phone, with no audio sent anywhere. Read the text or jump through the timings in the player.
When it fires you get a context screen with the latest agreements, then call, message or snooze in one tap.
Messages you allow the app to read land in the client’s card. Each one shows its source — where history is complete and where partial.
One tap exports into a folder you pick: a file per client, a file per call, note and message. Plain Markdown — Obsidian opens it instantly, and even without it this is just text that stays yours after you delete the app.
Data sits in the app’s private storage on your phone. We simply do not run a server.
No trackers, no ad SDKs, no event collection. There is nobody to look at your data.
Only to download the speech-recognition model. After that everything works offline.
Obsidian-format export and confirmable deletion, any time, with no support ticket.
Twenty-seven years in bank treasury, the last twenty running the desk and writing the systems myself: a position monitor the bank still uses, and a trading robot that closed client FX deals for two years.
Then my wife, who sells courses, asked whether an app could watch her WhatsApp and tell her when to call someone back. This is that app.
It keeps everything on the phone because the person on the other end of a call never agreed to be on my server.
Everything is open — every screen, every feature, no card. A paid tier will come later; the data is yours either way: leave any time with the whole history as a folder of Markdown.

The app does not record calls. It locates recordings made by your phone’s built-in recorder, in a folder you choose, and files them into the right client card. Complying with call-recording laws is the user’s responsibility.
This app is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Telegram or Meta. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Messages reach a card only through permissions you enable yourself.
