Privacy Policy

In short

Sales Assistant is a personal assistant for working with clients. Everything you keep in the app stays on your phone. We do not send your data to any server, collect no analytics, show no ads, and share nothing with third parties. There is no server for this data to go to.

What the app stores on your phone

• Client contacts — names and numbers you enter manually or pick from your phone contacts.
• Interaction history — notes, reminders, and your voice call summaries.
• Call recordings — the app does not record calls itself. It locates recordings already made by your phone's built-in recorder, in a folder you choose, and shows them in the client's card.
• Transcripts — text the app produces from recordings, entirely on the phone.
• WhatsApp messages — if you grant notification access, the app saves incoming message text from a client, but only after you link that chat to a specific client. Until a chat is linked, message text is stored nowhere — only the chat's name and identifier remain in the database.

Why the permissions are needed

• Notification access — so WhatsApp messages reach the client's card. The app parses only WhatsApp notifications, only to tell who wrote. Other notifications are not read.
• Phone state — to offer dictating a summary after a call. The app only sees that a call started and ended; neither the other party's number nor the call audio is read.
• Microphone — only when you tap "dictate a summary".
• Folder access — only to the recordings folder you selected; the app does not see other files on the phone.
• Internet — used once, to download the speech-recognition model. This request carries nothing about you — it only downloads the model file. Your recordings, transcripts, and messages never use the internet.

Do we share data

No. Data never leaves the phone, is not shared with third parties, is not sold, and is not used for advertising. There are no analytics or trackers in the app.

WhatsApp

The app is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. It does not sign in to your WhatsApp account and does not connect to WhatsApp servers — it only reads the notifications that WhatsApp displays on your phone and that you granted access to. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

How to delete your data

• Delete a single client — this also removes their recordings, messages, notes, and reminders (an in-app action, irreversible).
• Delete everything — "Clear data" in the app's system settings. All data lives only in the app's private storage, so this is sufficient.
• Delete the recognition model — on the "Speech recognition" screen.

Children

The app is not directed to children.
